Terms of use
Use of the site and the service is governed by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which the user accepts on registration.
Intellectual property
The software, brand and design belong to the owner. Data entered by the agency into the platform remains the property of the agency.
Liability
The owner is not liable for content entered by agencies nor for how they use their clients’ data.
Applicable law
Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
