Reporting misuse
Last updated: 2026-09-05
Mansaria is a management tool used by independent real-estate agencies. The content — properties, prices, photographs, texts — is entered by each agency under its own responsibility. Mansaria does not review it in advance or in general.
If content published through Mansaria appears unlawful or misleading to you, you can tell us. This document explains how, and what happens next.
How to report
Write to info@mansaria.com. To be able to act we need at least:
- the web address of the listing or page concerned;
- what you consider unlawful or misleading and why, in as much detail as you can give;
- how to reach you if we need to clarify something.
If you are acting on behalf of an owner, a public body or an affected third party, please say so. You do not have to identify yourself for us to review a report, but an anonymous report without specifics is usually impossible to verify.
No lawyer is needed: a plain-language email is enough. If you prefer, there is a form at the end of this page that does the same and gives you the reference number straight away.
What we do with your report
- Acknowledgement within 3 working days, with a reference number.
- Review of the reported content. We may ask you for clarification and may ask the responsible agency for an explanation.
- Decision within an indicative 15 working days from the acknowledgement. Where the harm appears immediate — for example, deposits are being taken for a property that does not exist — we act first and explain afterwards.
Possible measures run from lighter to heavier: asking the agency to correct the content, removing the listing from the public storefront, suspending that agency’s publishing, or suspending the account. We choose the lightest measure that stops the harm.
We tell you the decision and the reason for it. We also tell the affected agency, unless a competent authority directs otherwise.
If you disagree with the decision
You can reply to the same address asking for a review and adding whatever you consider relevant. The decision is re-examined and that re-examination is recorded.
Mansaria is a one-person company: the reviewer may be the same person who decided. We therefore do not offer you an internal impartiality we cannot guarantee, and the independent routes in the next paragraph are the real safeguard.
This does not replace court proceedings or complaints to consumer bodies or the competent authority, which remain open to you at all times.
Requests from authorities
Requests from courts, law enforcement or administrative authorities are handled at info@mansaria.com or at the postal address in the legal notice, and are processed in accordance with applicable law.
Record keeping
Every report received and the decision taken are recorded with their date. The record is kept for as long as needed to show how we acted and, as a minimum, three years from the decision.
What this channel does not cover
- Product support for a client agency: handled from inside the application.
- Disputes between an agency and its own client about the property service contracted: Mansaria is not a party to that relationship and cannot resolve it.
- Data-protection rights requests: handled at the address given in the Privacy Policy.
